Beautiful Bodacious Badass!

"Unblock Your Bloom"

Women (18 and older):  is it time to express the True You in your heart?  Don't sit and wait for an invitation to do so--This Is It!

Are you doing what you want to in Life?  If not, why not?

Do you find that you lack the confidence to manifest your hopes and dreams?  Perhaps it is time to UNLEASH YOUR INNER BADASS!  My workshops and classes will show you tips and help you integrate ways of being that will help you access and become a more self confident version of yourself; one who is happy in her own skin.

Let's get on target!

This is the time of year in which we tend to review the past 11 months; our hopes, dreams and goals.  What did you want for yourself this year--was it a spiritual or physical goal (like learning meditation or regularly doing more exercise)?  Perhaps you have felt the stirrings in your soul to go after a different job for yourself?  Did you achieve these goals fully; are you somewhere on the path (pausing to catch your breath or daydream under a tree)?  Maybe the stirrings in your soul are just now finding their voice.  Wherever you are, remember that's it's OK.  That Life is perfectly imperfect!

When I think about achieving goals, I think about archery.  Many people don't know that it's important to have good form down before you learn how to aim at the target.  This also seems similar to certain Life goals, in that before you put your attention on achieving the goal/hitting the bull's eye, it's best if you focus on your form/the foundation of things.  To not be in Such A Rush.

Whatever it is, know that you can achieve it.  Really.  We all have that bodaciousness inside that is ever cheering us onward and upward!  We all have that strength and beauty; it's just a matter of getting out of our own way (and forgiving ourselves for having to do this)!  Let's focus our intention and go for the goal of the ever-present and absolutely realistic possibility of being our own personal hero.  You ready?

:) CC

The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward.
